Mission statement
Esperanza is an online gaming community based on the Nezeb server of Allods Online. Our goal is to make the Esperanza family the strongest, most successful guild on the server. We are dedicated to having a friendly, team-focused, and fun-loving environment that focuses on its members. We seek to foster long-term friendships between members and maximize the enjoyment we have in Allods Online and beyond through those friendships.
Core principles
These core principles are what largely separates Esperanza from the other guilds on the server. These principles guide how we progress as a guild. All of our members and potential members have a duty to support and follow these core principles.
Standards of conduct
Along with the core principles that we hold as a guild, we have certain specific rules that stem down from those principles. These standards of conduct express what we expect from all members and potential members in our guild:

We are dedicated to having a friendly, team-focused, and fun-loving environment that focuses on its members. Core principles
These core principles are what largely separates Esperanza from the other guilds on the server. These principles guide how we progress as a guild. All of our members and potential members have a duty to support and follow these core principles.
- We do the right thing. We expect all members to do the right thing and help maintain the integrity of the guild. Anything that we do as members reflects on our overall guild image and on all of our fellow members. We expect members to be ethical and to only take actions that reflect positively on our guild's reputation.
- We recruit people and not characters. We do have certain requirements that we look for with characters, but only as evidence that the person behind the character has the motivation to make it to end-game with us. When it comes to looking for new members, we want people to show that they are willing to be dedicated towards the guild and its members.
- We are a team of friends. We are there for each other when we need it. We often sacrifice for one another because we know they would do the same thing for us. The friendships that we forge with others in the guild can last a lifetime.
- We actively help each other and the guild itself. This includes doing guild quests when we're on, being active regularly, leveling our characters, and taking the time to help each other when we can. Only with all of us focused together can we truly be successful.
Standards of conduct
Along with the core principles that we hold as a guild, we have certain specific rules that stem down from those principles. These standards of conduct express what we expect from all members and potential members in our guild:
- Please help keep the guild chat and the forums a nice, friendly place that everyone can enjoy. The most crucial element to our success is making sure we have an environment that's friendly, welcoming, and comforting to everyone. We all have a duty to help maintain the atmosphere of our guild.
- No one may use cheats or exploits or help others use cheats or exploits. Cheating is not only against the game rules, but it's unethical and completely against our values as a guild. Even when an exploit becomes commonplace, we must have the strength of character to rise above it.
- All members need to uphold the principles of the guild. These principles are what makes out guild worth existing.
- Make friends with your fellow members. At our core, we are a team of friends. So make friends with your fellow members. These friendships are what makes us strong.
- Personal attacks on other members are not tolerated. Issues with other players need to be handled in private as a courtesy. Seek an officer's help if it's necessary, but do not personally attack other members for any reason.
- Scamming, stealing from, or otherwise harming other members is not permitted. We are a team of friends and such behavior is contrary to what we represent. People who scam members or the Allods community at large will be removed.
- If you need to be gone for a while, please let us know. We understand that life often gets in the way, but we need to know about it so we don't think you have left us for good. Anyone who vanishes off the face of the earth without any notice will have effectively quit from the guild.
- People who do not contribute to the guild will eventually be removed. We are a team and we all have to put in effort into the guild if we want to be successful. It takes a certain amount of time and effort to be able to be a member in Esperanza. People who are unable or unwilling to do what is expected of all of us will be removed.
